Merlot Mojito is the twist of the Mojito with Grappa Nonino Monovitigno® Merlot. On the occasion of the Bar Convent Berlin Joerg Meyer accepts Antonella Nonino’s challenge: Be Brave Mix Grappa! In this way Joerg rrevises a great classic of mixology, the Mojito, but with Nonino grappa. The result is surprising: a seducing mojito that soon invites to a second sip. The Merlot Mojito is the Mojito with the Italian taste that conquers.
Ingredients
7 ml Grappa Nonino Monovitigno® Merlot
20 ml Cane sugar syrup
30 ml Lime juice
10 mint leaves
How to
Built in Collins glass on ice cubes, fill up with soda & stir. Garnish with a mint sprig.
