The German mixologist Jörg Krause suggests a fresh and spring cocktail. The sweetness of the strawberries is made unique by the unmistakable taste of Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®.

Ingredients

5 cl Amaro Nonino Quintessentia®
3 cl mashed fresh strawberries
1 teaspoon of icing sugar
2 cl fresh lemon juice
2-3 mint stems
ca. 6 cl Sprite lemonade

How to

Fill a shaker with all the ingredients including the mint stems, but except for the Sprite, and add ice cubes. Shake well.
Strain in a tall tumbler containing some ice cubes.
Pour in the Sprite and decorate with lemon slice, strawberries and mint sprig.
