Ingredients
5 cl Aperitivo Nonino BotanicalDrink
3 cl Thyme infused Red Vermouth
Ice cube or ball
Lemon twist or lemon spray “Podere Santa Bianca”
How to
Stir the Aperitivo Nonino BotanicalDrink together with the thyme* infused Red Vermouth for 30 seconds.
Pour into a tumbler glass with an ice cube and garnish with lemon twist or lemon spray.
* Thyme Infused Red Vermouth Procedure:
7 grams of fresh thyme per liter of Vermouth, one hour in a vacuum at 55°, cool and strain.
