Taste Sentation
It should be served at room temperature in a wide balloon glass. Before tasting, it should rest some minutes
in the glass: taking oxygen the fragrances are enhanced, the nose-palate harmony is completed. -

chocolate and candied fruit, leaving a sensation of

Fermentation
In purity in anaerobic environment in stainless steel vats, immediately followed by distillation to avoid harmful secondary fermentations.
Natural Ageing
More than 10 years under seal and permanent surveillance by the Customs and Monopoly Agency in the Ex-Sauternes barriques no. 2899, 2901, 2902 and 2904.

Toasting of barriques and small casks Traditional and artisanal. The dates of the aging of Grappa Nonino Riserva can be consulted in the registers of the Nonino certified by the Customs and Monopoly Agency. Natural ageing, 0% color additives.
100% Distilled with artisanal method
100% Artisanal Distillation Batch with head and tail cutting, in particular and exclusive copper steam stills renewed by Benito Nonino. Distillation takes place very slowly to give volatile components, responsible for the fragrances, a correct evaporation and consequent condensation preserving unchanged the precious organoleptic characteristics of the vine variety chosen.
Sensations
Rare, elegant and precious. The wood where the Sauternes wine rested harmonizes with the scents of Picolit Grapes that have the fragrances of honey, spices, chocolate and candied fruit, leaving a sensation of purity; in the finish it is also very savory and seductive.
