Fabiola Gianotti next General Director of the CERN of Geneva

Fabiola Gianotti celebrated by Giannola, Antonella, Elisabetta, Chiara, Francesca, Sofia, Gaia, and Caterina Nonino, on the day of her designation as the General Director of the CERN of Geneva.
Fabiola Gianotti, the first woman to obtain this extremely prestigious position, was awarded the Nonino Prize 2013 and now she is a member if the Jury.
The meeting took place last night, on the occasion of the preview of Ermanno Olmi’s film “Torneranno i prati” at the presence of the President of the Republic, Giorgio Napolitano, in Rome at the Auditorium della Conciliazione.
