At the finals of the competition “Maître (junior) of the year” 2013 on May 8th, Grappa Nonino Vendemmia Riserva di Annata® aged in Barriques Vintage Dated enriched the wonderful the flambé starter of Mazzancolle shell fish and asparagus from Fossalon.
The Maîtres of A.M.I.R.A are famous for their flambé dishes, lead by the Vice President and soul of the Association of Italian Restaurant and Hotel Maîtres, Giacomo Rubini. Also the TV show Sereno Variabile of Saturday 4th May wanted to testify their ability.
